Nexus Pavilion at Belleville is seeking a Restorative Aide to support residents in continuing to practice skills that promote quality of life and prevent functional decline. You will work under nursing staff direction and collaborate with therapy teams.

Responsibilities include assisting with restorative processes, helping residents regain mobility and functional abilities, and supporting care planning in coordination with restorative nurses.

Qualifications

• Current and valid nursing assistant certification in Illinois.
• Knowledge of restorative processes.
• No abuse records.
• Previous experience in a SNF setting.
