Voda Cleaning and Restoration is seeking a motivated Restoration Technician to deliver high-quality water, fire, storm damage restoration and mold remediation for residential and commercial projects. You will handle on-call emergencies, assist with upselling services, and ensure accurate documentation and invoices.

Role emphasizes client communication, adherence to standards of excellence, and ongoing learning of the latest restoration technologies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of restoration experience (water, fire, storm, or mold) preferred.
• IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification is highly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record; ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Computer, email, and mobile device reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform restoration services for water, fire, storm damage, and mold remediation.
• Be on-call for emergency services and assist clients in urgent situations.
• Participate in sales meetings and upsell value-added services.
• Complete accurate restoration documentation, invoices, and work orders.
• Communicate professionally with clients; ensure needs are met.
• Inspect finished work to ensure top-quality results.
• Maintain tools, materials, and supplies in company vehicles.
• Continuously learn new technologies and equipment in the industry.
• Adhere to company standards of excellence and accountability.
