Full-time, FT, Pay based on experience, M/F, 7:30-4:00 PM with overtime after 40 hours, Rotation for on-call, PTO, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Paid Training, 401k with matching, Paid work clothing, ($18-$20 per hour), Cell phone reimbursement, IICRC Certifications a plus.

Do you enjoy helping others during their time of need? We are looking for an energetic Restoration Technician to join our team! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration jobs, including the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.

No experience is necessary, and we will train you on the job to the high IICRC standards along with more in-depth training for those who want to increase their industry knowledge. Responsibilities:
  • Perform production/restoration process per work order and crew chief instructions.
  • Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment.
  • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities.
  • Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
  • Communicate openly with customers, general manager, and other technicians.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge.
  • Hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work.
  • Enjoy assisting people that are in need.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • IICRC certification is a plus.
  • Experience in cleaning/restoration.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals.
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving violence or theft.
