Job summary

360 Fire & Flood is seeking a motivated Restoration Technician to perform restoration services at residential and commercial properties. You will operate specialized equipment and follow safety standards under supervision of senior technicians or supervisors.

The role requires good organization, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid driver’s license. On-site work in Ocala, FL with potential on-call rotations is expected.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • IICRC certification preferred.
  • 1+ years of water damage restoration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform demolition, debris removal, content cleaning, and mold/biohazard cleanup as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation: measurements, diagrams, photos, journals, and work orders in job management systems.
  • Communicate job status clearly with clients, managers and team members.
  • Keep the worksite neat, organized, and compliant with safety rules.
  • Ensure the work truck is stocked and ready for site needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments and technicians as needed.
  • Reside in Ocala, FL or surrounding areas.
  • Participate in on-call rotation as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
