360 Fire & Flood is seeking a motivated Restoration Technician to perform restoration services on residential and commercial properties. You will operate specialized equipment, follow safety standards, and document work with detailed notes and photos.

You will collaborate with a Lead Technician or Project Supervisor to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction. Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1+ year restoration experience preferred, IICRC certification preferred, and the

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• IICRC Certification preferred.
• 1+ year water damage restoration experience preferred; familiarity with mold/fire damage.
• Ability to follow written or diagrammatic instructions; strong organization and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform demolition of property, debris removal, content cleaning, and assist with mold and biohazard clean-up.
• Create and maintain accurate measurements, diagrams, photos, journals, work orders in job management systems.
• Communicate work details and status clearly with clients, managers, team members, and other parties.
• Maintain a neat and safe worksite and follow safety rules/regulations.
• Ensure work truck is stocked and organized for all sites.
• Assist other departments and technicians as needed.
• Must reside in Tallahassee, FL or surrounding areas.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
