Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and load work vehicles with equipment, products, and supplies for each project.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and keep equipment presentable.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities, including staging and equipment setup.
• Perform restoration processes as directed by supervisors.
• Follow all safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other technicians to maintain workflow.
• Perform end-of-day/ end-of-job cleanup and leave the site in a clean condition.
• Maintain an organized warehouse space and clean the workspace as assigned.
• Continue developing expertise in restoration services, cleaning products, and equipment.
