Job summary

Sunstall Inc. in Whitsett, NC is seeking a dependable Restoration Technician to support mitigation and restoration projects on residential and commercial properties. You will work hands-on, follow safety procedures, and document progress for supervisors and customers.

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, can lift equipment, stay organized, and communicate clearly. On-call shifts and some evenings/weekends are required to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restoration, mitigation, construction, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift equipment as needed.
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a team environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed.
• Experience with water, fire, mold, or storm restoration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform restoration and mitigation services on residential and commercial properties.
• Assist with water, fire, mold, and storm damage cleanup and restoration.
• Setup and monitor drying equipment, containment areas, and job site materials.
• Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and project timelines.
• Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, and daily notes.
• Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and supervisors.
• Keep vehicles, equipment, and jobsites clean and organized.
• Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotations schedule and respond to emergency service calls as needed.
• Respond to emergency and after-hours situations when necessary.
