The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry and possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out water damage restoration efforts including extraction and set up of equipment.
• Perform various basic tasks such as painting, labor, fixture installations.
• Conduct fire restoration processes to restore properties after fire incidents.
• Oversee or execute mold remediation procedures to ensure safe environments.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various restoration projects.
• Clean carpets with high efficiency carpet cleaning machinery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.
• Communicate with clients regarding the restoration process and provide updates on progress.
• Maintaining records of water damage incidents.
• This position involves a significant amount of driving to and from job sites.
