Job summary

Restoration 1 of Cape Cod is seeking a motivated Restoration Technician to assist in delivering top-quality restoration services for water, fire, and mold damage. This entry-level role offers comprehensive training and certifications so you can grow with the company.

You will work with Lead Technicians and Managers, perform on-site restoration tasks, maintain equipment, and ensure safety and timely communication with customers throughout projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills and the ability to apply learned techniques.
• Clean driving record and willingness to obtain IICRC certs within one year.

Responsibilities

• Perform water, fire, and mold restoration services.
• Schedule visits and communicate with customers.
• Install and monitor drying/remediation equipment.
• Maintain safety and tidiness on site.
• Operate and maintain tools and vehicles.
• Inspect completed work and document daily activity.
• Explain documentation to customers when needed.
• Keep stock of tools, materials and supplies.
• Drive company vehicle to job sites.
