Qualifications

• Demonstrated background in restoration, construction, or professional cleaning environments.
• Familiarity with mold remediation, water damage mitigation, fire cleanup, and asbestos removal.
• Proficiency in safe handling of construction equipment and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving in high-pressure situations.
• Physical capability for manual labor including lifting and bending.
• Valid driver's license preferred to travel to project locations.
• Desire to develop new technical abilities and grow with the company.
• Industry standards exposure is helpful; onboarding is provided.

Responsibilities

• Execute cleanup and remediation for fire, water, and mold incidents to restore properties.
• Use power tools, hand tools, and machinery to perform repairs as needed.
• Provide carpet cleaning and asbestos abatement as required by projects.
• Support team with structural repairs, debris clearance, and demolition tasks.
• Maintain quality and safety by following industry best practices.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently to protect the crew.
