Iron Horse Restoration is seeking a Restoration Technician in Fredericksburg, Virginia. This role involves assisting customers who have experienced fire or water damage by performing cleaning, drying, and demolition work. The ideal candidate will understand the importance of their role and be committed to high-quality work that positively impacts customers. Responsibilities include following work orders, maintaining inventory, and preparing job sites for restoration activities. Preferred qualifications include certification from IICRC and previous experience in a similar role.
Qualifications
Certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) is preferred.
Previous experience as a Restoration Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
Valid driver’s license is required.
Responsibilities
Follow work orders and crew chief instructions.
Perform cleaning, drying, demolition, and other restoration work.
Maintain appropriate inventory levels in work vehicle.
Skills
Certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC)
Previous experience as a Restoration Technician or in a similar role
Ability to meet physical demands including climbing ladders
