Qualifications

• IICRC certification is required.
• Experience in cleaning and restoration is essential.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Perform production/restoration process per work order.
• Load the work vehicle with necessary equipment and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment.
• Prepare areas for work activities and leave jobs in an orderly appearance.
• Communicate openly with the crew chief and team.

Skills

IICRC certification

Experience in cleaning/restoration

Experience serving commercial properties

Valid driver’s license

Ability to lift heavy objects

Ability to work in tight spaces

Education

High school diploma/GED
