Job summary

A regional restoration service provider is seeking a Lead Restoration Technician to assist customers returning homes and businesses to good condition after fire or water damages. The role involves performing various restoration activities, such as cleaning and demolition work. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be physically capable of handling job demands, and have relevant experience or certification in restoration. This position includes on-call responsibilities and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Restoration Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to meet physical demands including climbing ladders and lifting heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Perform all water damage mitigation and restoration services offered.
• Communicate effectively with customers and maintain work logs.
• Keep workspace and vehicle clean and organized.
• Supervise project objectives with technicians.
