Qualifications

• Effective oral communication and basic math/computer skills are necessary.
• Experience in cleaning or restoration preferred.
• Must lift a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly; up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to work in tight spaces and physically demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform production processes, demolition, and labor-intensive tasks.
• Prepare work areas, including staging and equipment setup.
• Keep work vehicle, equipment, and jobsite organized.
• Communicate with supervisors to maintain workflow.
• Perform end-of-day cleanup and breakdown.
