SERVPRO of Jackson & Jennings Counties is seeking a Restoration Technician in Columbus, OH. You will perform production tasks, load and prep equipment, and maintain a clean job site while following safety guidelines.

The role requires physical fitness to lift heavy items, climb ladders, and work in various spaces. A driver’s license and reliability are essential; IICRC certs are a plus or training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Effective oral communication with basic math and computer skills.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• IICRC certifications preferred or will provide training.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds regularly.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceilings heights.
• Ability to work in tight spaces and crawl spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform production processes, demolition and other labor intensive tasks.
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies for each project.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and set up staging area and equipment.
• Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
• Communicate with restoration supervisor to maintain efficient production processes.
• Perform end-of-day cleanup and leave job site neat.
