Job summary
Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Cleaning and Restoration Technician to support carpet and floor cleaning and restoration services. You will assist in delivering quality services to customers and document work performed.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic math and computer skills, and 1 year of floor cleaning experience; IICRC certification is a plus. Opportunities to advance into specialized restoration roles are available.
Qualifications
- High school diploma (or GED) is required.
- Basic math skills to determine equipment needs.
- Basic computer skills to report daily activity.
- 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred or related cleaning work.
- IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) certificate is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform carpet and floor cleaning and restoration tasks.
- Complete documentation and authorizations for work performed.
- Communicate effectively with customers during service.
- Maintain equipment and vehicles used for cleaning work.
- Inspect completed work and complete daily logs.
- Assist with inventory and supplies for company vehicles.
