JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Technician in Winston Salem. Our client is a Restoration Company. The Technician is responsible for restoration services to our customers.

Responsibilities of a Technician includes:

1. Become proficient in water restoration, mold remediation, containment, and disaster clean-up
2. Work with power tools and perform demolition as needed
3. Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are performed in a timely and efficient manner
4. Respond to losses and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC standards and company procedures
5. Communicate with customers regarding scope of work and necessary paperwork
6. Document all related information of loss including notes, sketches, and equipment counts
7. Participate in on-call rotation
8. Travel to other locations within South Carolina with potential overnight stays
9. Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements of a Technician:

1. Not afraid to roll up your sleeves & get dirty
2. Empathy, Friendly, and a positive can-do attitude
3. Eagerness to learn and grow within the Restoration Industry
4. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
5. Ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds
6. Comfortable with walking/standing for long periods of time, working at elevated heights, and working in restricted spaces while wearing PPE
7. Ability to pass a drug test & extensive background screening
