SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is seeking motivated teammates to join our restoration team. You will respond to emergencies, perform water and fire restoration, and manage equipment for each project.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and hands-on problem solving in real-world disaster scenarios. We offer training, competitive hourly pay, uniforms, and opportunities for professional development as part of a nationwide SERVPRO network.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work on-call including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous restoration or construction experience preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage and fire damage.
• Evaluate and perform restoration activities and set up of equipment.
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools and supplies.
• Communicate safety hazards and job site needs to supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with clients about the restoration process.
• Perform restoration and cleanup tasks including water extraction and drying.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage.
• Evaluate and perform restoration activities including but not limited to, water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition.
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.
• Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors.
• Maintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.
• Perform restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction, drying and site clean-up
  

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus.
  

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
