Job summary

Rocky Mountain Catastrophe & Restoration, part of American Restoration, is seeking Restoration Technicians in Tabernash, CO. You’ll work with project managers on hands-on tasks to restore homes and businesses after damage, with training available and opportunities to learn a specialized trade.

The role is active and physical, with duties including assisting with remodeling, painting, drywall, and general site tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to speak and write in English.
• Basic math skills required.
• Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs.
• Able to safely use hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and professionalism.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Willing to wear PPE and work in mountain weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Help project managers with daily tasks
• Use the right tools for remodeling work
• Assist with restoration tasks like painting, staining, drywall repair, tile work, insulation, and basic plumbing/electrical
• Move and transport equipment and materials
• Keep job sites and tools clean
• Track your time at each job site

This job involves working indoors and outdoors in all types of weather. You may work in tight spaces, around dust, debris, or damaged materials. The work can include climbing, lifting, and using tools. Some days are physically demanding — and no two days are the same.
