Job summary

T&T Cleaning and Restoration Services LLC is seeking a full-time Restoration Technician to join our team and help restore homes and businesses after water, mold, sewage or fire damage. This hands-on role is active and physical, with day-to-day variety and opportunities to learn new skills from project managers.

You’ll work indoors and outdoors in varying weather, assist with remodeling tasks, and contribute to timely project completion while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Able to speak and write in English.
• Basic math skills for measurements and tasks.
• Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs.
• Able to safely use hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and professionalism.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Willing to wear PPE and work in desert weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Help project managers with daily tasks.
• Use the right tools for remodeling work.
• Assist with restoration tasks like painting, staining, drywall repair, tile work, insulation, and basic plumbing/electrical.
• Move and transport equipment and materials.
• Keep job sites and tools clean.
• Track your time at each job site.
• Complete other general tasks as needed.
• Follow all company safety rules.

Our project managers are always willing to train the right applicant if and when the need arises.

This job involves working indoors and outdoors in all types of weather. You may work in tight spaces, around dust, debris, or damaged materials. The work can include climbing, lifting, and using tools. Some days are physically demanding — and no two days are the same.
