Responsabilidades

• Disaster Cleanup — Perform fire, water, mold, and specialty mitigation services
• Customer Service — Treat every customer as the boss; deliver exceptional service with no excuses
• Heavy Lifting & Physical Labor — Safely handle equipment, debris, and high‑exertion tasks
• Team Collaboration — Work closely with peers to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
• On‑Site Problem Solving — Adapt quickly to unpredictable situations and unique damage scenarios
• Extended Work Hours — Assist with jobs that run late into the evening or require immediate response
• On‑Call Rotation — Participate in scheduled on‑call shifts for after‑hours emergencies
• Maintain Professional Appearance — Arrive clean-cut, presentable, and ready to represent the company
• Safe Driving — Operate company vehicles responsibly when assigned
