The General Laborer/Restoration Technician plays a critical role in the successful restoration of properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other disasters. This position involves the hands‑on work of assessing, mitigating, and restoring damaged structures and belongings. The technician will be responsible for utilizing industry‑standard tools and techniques to build contaminants, extract water, and dry affected areas, as well as performing demolition and cleaning tasks as needed. Additionally, the technician must ensure that all work is performed in compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company procedures. This position will receive hands‑on training from one of our experienced crew chiefs.

Learn and perform a variety of new skills, including equipment set‑up, demolition of building materials, pack up and put back the personal property of customers’ homes affected by water or fire damage. We are flexible with schedules and promote work life balance.
