Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Restoration Technician to respond to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration jobs. Responsibilities include completing drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.

You should be IICRC certified with relevant experience in cleaning/restoration, holding yourself to high standards and caring about the quality of your work and its impact.

Responsibilities:

• Perform restoration processes according to work orders and crew instructions
• Inventory and load equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
• Leave the job site clean and orderly
• Communicate effectively with the crew chief and team members

Qualifications:

• IICRC certification
• Experience in cleaning/restoration and serving commercial properties
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and in tight spaces
• Prolonged sitting, standing, and walking
• Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals
• Ability to travel locally and out of state as needed
