Job Title: Restoration Technician – Subcontractor/Partner Opportunities

Location: Blaine, MN & Surrounding Areas

Job Type: Contract (Subcontractor)

Action Restore is growing fast, and we’re looking for skilled, reliable, and motivated restoration professionals to team up with us. We specialize in water damage restoration, mold remediation, odor elimination, full-service reconstruction, and 24/7 emergency response. If you have experience in any of these areas — or want to grow with a company that’s serious about quality and professionalism — we want to hear from you.

We’re currently looking for subcontractors and independent techs who are passionate about their work and want steady, rewarding jobs with a respected company in the restoration industry.

• Water Damage Technicians – Dry-out, extraction, moisture mapping, demolition, and mitigation services.

• Mold Remediation Technicians – Containment, HEPA vacuuming, demo, and mold treatment.

• Odor Elimination Specialists – Deodorizing using ozone, hydroxyl, fogging, etc.

• Rebuild & Construction Techs – Drywall, flooring, framing, trim, painting, full build-back.

• Emergency Response Crews – 24/7 dispatch for water damage, board-up, storm response.

• General Restoration Helpers – Laborers who are eager to learn and work across multiple services.

• Xactimate Estimator – Skilled in property damage estimating using Xactimate. Must understand scopes for mitigation and reconstruction, be detail-oriented, and experienced with insurance claim documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in restoration, construction, or estimating (or a strong willingness to learn)
• Your own tools and transportation (depending on the role)
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Respectful, reliable, and good with customers
• Licensed and insured if you’re operating as a subcontractor
• Estimators: Must have strong Xactimate skills and experience writing estimates for mitigation and/or rebuilds
