Job Overview:

• Previous handyman or construction experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to emergency situations like water and fire damage
• Perform restoration activities including water extraction, fire damage repair, equipment setup, and demolition
• Manage work vehicles, tools, and supplies efficiently
• Communicate safety hazards and project requirements effectively
• Maintain clear communication with clients and explain processes
• Perform cleanup and restoration tasks

Position Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work on-call, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred experience in restoration or construction
• IICRC certification is a plus

Skills & Physical Demands:

• Lift at least 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 with assistance
• Climb ladders, work at heights, and in tight spaces
• Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying
• Work with cleaning agents safely
