SERVPRO of Meridian Restoration Technician

The Restoration Technician performs production processes to fulfill the service needs of restoration projects and maintains the professional appearance of equipment and vehicles. Primary Responsibilities

1. Perform production processes, demolition, and other labor-intensive tasks.
2. Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment.
3. Prepare rooms/areas for work activities, set up staging areas and equipment.
4. Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
5. Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient production.
6. Perform end-of-day cleanup and leave the job site in a clean and orderly condition.

Position Requirements

• Effective communication skills, basic math, and computer skills.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and in tight spaces.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry objects repeatedly.
• Ability to work with cleaning products and chemicals.
• Willingness to travel locally and out of state as needed.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Pay Rate: Starts at $12.00 - $16.00 per hour based on experience, with potential for overtime and merit-based increases.
