Job summary

A leading company in restoration services is seeking dedicated restoration technicians to assist with property damage recovery. You will be involved in emergency responses, evaluating damages, and performing essential restoration tasks. Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to work on-call shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in restoration or construction preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency situations like water and fire damage.
• Evaluate and perform restoration activities including water extraction and demolition.
• Load and maintain work vehicles with necessary supplies.
• Communicate safety hazards and job site findings with supervisors.
• Maintain communication with clients regarding the restoration process.
• Perform cleanup tasks including drying and site cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage.
• Evaluate and perform restoration activities including but not limited to, water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition.
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.
• Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors.
• Maintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.
• Perform restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction, drying and site clean-up

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus.

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
