Job summary

Servpro of Wilson County is seeking a Restoration Technician to join our hands-on team. You will respond to service calls, prep job sites, set up equipment, and ensure cleanups are flawless while maintaining a tidy workspace.

We value strong communication and teamwork, physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance), and a readiness to travel locally. No prior restoration experience required, but IICRC certifications are a plus and growth opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and ability to work in a team.
• Physical stamina—lifting up to 50 lbs regularly, 100 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to work in tight spaces, at heights, and in various environments.
• Previous cleaning/restoration experience is not required.
• High school diploma/GED required; IICRC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and assist with restoration projects
• Prep job sites, set up equipment, and ensure cleanup is flawless
• Maintain a tidy vehicle, warehouse, and workspace
• Communicate with the Crew Chief to guarantee top-quality service
• Follow SERVPRO guidelines to complete projects
