CARE Restorations in Elizabethtown, PA is hiring a Cleaning & Restoration Technician to join a growing, family-owned team. You will perform commercial cleaning, fire and smoke restoration, water damage cleanup, and contents cleaning on diverse projects.

Job Responsibilities

Depending on the project, responsibilities may include:

• Commercial Cleaning: Detailed cleaning of offices, businesses, commercial facilities, and other properties.
• Fire & Smoke Restoration: Cleaning walls, ceilings, floors, fixtures, and surfaces affected by smoke, soot, and fire damage.
• Water Damage Cleanup: Cleaning and sanitizing areas affected by water damage, including post-mitigation cleaning.
• Contents Cleaning: Cleaning, detailing, inventorying, packing, and organizing furniture, personal belongings, and other items affected by fire or water damage.
• Specialty Cleaning: Performing detailed cleaning, deodorization, disinfecting, and other restoration-related services.
• Properly using cleaning equipment, chemicals, and personal protective equipment.
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work environments.
• Documenting completed work and communicating with team leaders.
• Working independently or as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications
