What does a Restoration Technician do? They fix broken buildings! Whether it's a broken pipe or a major storm, when emergencies happen, we respond. You will help restore our customers' properties and lives.

Previous experience and IIRC certifications are a plus but not required. We will provide the necessary training and development.

Brief Description: The Restoration Technician is a first responder to property loss situations, helping mitigate damage in residential and commercial structures. Responsibilities include water damage mitigation, structural board-up, cleaning, microbial remediation, content pack-outs, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Water extraction and mitigation
• Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration
• Microbial remediation
• Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean-up
• Demolition
• Managing temporary labor
• Providing excellent customer service
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Successful background and motor vehicle checks
• Pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to be on-call 24/7
• 1 year of restoration or maintenance experience preferred

Work Environment and Physical Demands: The environment is usually quiet. Physical demands include occasionally lifting/moving up to 25 pounds and regular sitting, reaching, talking, and walking.

Travel: Occasional travel (<25%), including some overnight stays for training or meetings.

Compensation: Competitive pay between $16.35 - $26.35/hour, plus benefits like 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, and more.
