As a Restoration Supervisor / Production Manager, you’ll lead disaster recovery projects from start to finish—ensuring quality work, satisfied customers, and lead carpet cleaning crew.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and supervising crews on water, fire, mold, and carpet cleaning jobs
Preparing job sites, loading equipment, and ensuring your team is ready for action
Manage equipment
Performing hands‑on work including:
Water extraction
On site estimates
Monitoring drying progress and making daily adjustments using readings and data
Communicating clearly with customers about processes, timelines, and next steps
Documenting jobs thoroughly (photos, notes, reports) for insurance purposes
Ensuring all equipment, vehicles, and materials are properly maintained
Inspecting completed work, securing approvals, and assisting with payments
Resolving customer concerns and keeping leadership informed

On-call availability (rotating schedule)
Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to use mobile apps/software for job documentation

Clean, professional appearance
WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician)
ASD (Applied Structural Drying Technician)
Mold Certification
Lift and move up to 70 lbs. regularly
Stand, walk, squat, crawl, and crouch for extended periods
Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Ability to wear a respirator when required (must seal properly)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
