Job summary

A local restoration company in Austin is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to coordinate and perform restoration processes while ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing technicians, documenting job files, and adhering to safety guidelines. The ideal candidate should have a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of experience in cleaning or restoration. Physical demands include the ability to lift significant weight and work in tight spaces.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction is needed.
• IICRC certification is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.

Skills

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly

Climb ladders and work at ceiling heights

Work in tight spaces

Ability to work with/around cleaning agents

Education

High school diploma/GED (preferred)
