Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to join our emergency response team in Alaska. Lead field crews, ensure moisture control, and maintain safety compliance while delivering timely remediation for residential and commercial properties.

Role requires 2-4 years in restoration, a valid driver’s license, and availability for after-hours emergency work. IICRC certification is a plus; bilingual abilities are welcomed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• IICRC Water Restoration certification is a plus.
• 2-4 years of restoration experience, specifically water/fire damage.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is encouraged, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Restore residential and commercial properties to dry standard in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor and document temperature and humidity readings from job sites.
• Setup of emergency services equipment and preparing contents for storage.
• Regularly set-up containment areas and drying chambers.
• Cleaning, HEPA vacuuming and disinfection of contaminated areas.
• Complete job site documentation including moisture maps, field logs, photos and videos.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE during cleanup activities.
• Operate routinely used tools and perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Work at heights using ladders/scaffolding.
• Other duties as assigned.
