Job summary

SERVPRO Team Toft is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead restoration crews, ensure quality workmanship, and deliver exceptional customer service on residential and commercial projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads by example, develops others, and coordinates safety and efficiency from start to finish.

You will conduct site briefings, train staff, manage equipment and materials, and liaise with customers and insurance professionals to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, construction, cleaning, or related field.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work.
• Comfortable working in residential, commercial, and disaster restoration settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restoration technicians on water, fire, mold, storm, and cleaning projects.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to SERVPRO standards.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members.
• Conduct daily job site briefings and assign tasks.
• Perform inspections to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers, insurance pros, and management throughout projects.
• Complete documentation, photos, moisture readings, and records using company software.
• Monitor equipment usage and maintain organized vehicles and sites.
• Identify project needs and coordinate labor, equipment, and materials.
• Respond to after-hours calls on an on-call rotation.
• Promote a positive team culture with accountability and customer service.

What You’ll Do

As a Restoration Supervisor, you'll oversee restoration projects from start to finish while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restoration technicians on water, fire, mold, storm, and specialty cleaning projects.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to SERVPRO standards.
• Train, coach, and mentor restoration team members.
• Conduct daily job site briefings and assign tasks.
• Perform inspections to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers, insurance professionals, and management throughout the project.
• Complete documentation, photos, moisture readings, and job records accurately using company software.
• Monitor equipment usage and ensure vehicles, tools, and job sites remain organized.
• Identify project needs and communicate labor, equipment, and material requirements.
• Respond to emergency after-hours calls as part of an on-call rotation.
• Promote a positive team culture built on accountability, professionalism, and customer service.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in restoration, construction, cleaning, or a related industry.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in varying environments.
• Comfortable working in residential, commercial, and disaster restoration settings.

Preferred Qualifications

• IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT, or similar).
• Experience with moisture mapping and drying equipment.
• Experience managing crews and customer expectations.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, and move equipment up to 50 pounds.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday - Friday
• Overtime as needed
• Participation in an on-call rotation for emergency response
