Job summary

SERVPRO of Fort Lee is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to oversee production, ensure quality control, and maintain strong customer satisfaction on restoration projects.

You will supervise technicians, manage materials and labor, and document project files while coordinating with the project manager and office staff to stay on schedule and within safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate basic restoration equipment.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage customer and client experience and monitor online reviews.
• Supervise restoration technicians and communicate expectations.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file for services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable usage on assigned projects.
• Coordinate with the project manager and office staff on progress and issues.
• Follow OSHA guidelines for job safety and protect assets.
• Coach and train restoration technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues

Additional Responsibilities

• Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety
• Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
• Coach and train restoration technicians

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
• IICRC certification a plus, not required

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
