Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction or field operations with leadership/crew lead experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of restoration methods and construction processes; ability to read drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Superintendents in daily on-site restoration activities.
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and communication among crews, subcontractors, and clients.
• Supervise small crews or project phases under Superintendent guidance.
• Lead toolbox talks and enforce safety protocols.
• Maintain daily logs, progress notes, and contribute to site reporting.
