Job summary

Southern Walls is seeking an on-site field role to support Superintendents in daily restoration activities. The position involves coordinating crews, subcontractors, and clients, with opportunities to supervise small crews under supervision.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, some technical construction training, and 2+ years in construction or field operations. Strong communication and safety focus are essential; travel is a plus.

Qualifications
