Job summary

SERVPRO of South Bend is seeking an experienced Restoration Manager to lead projects from scope through completion. You’ll coordinate crews, subcontractors, customers and vendors, manage schedules, costs and quality, and ensure safety and SERVPRO standards on every job.

This full-time role involves field travel around the local area, Monday–Friday with additional hours as projects require. You’ll develop your team, drive performance, and help deliver reliable restoration results for customers

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration projects from scope and estimate through completion, managing schedules, documentation, and job requirements throughout
• Schedule and coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and other resources across active projects
• Maintain clear communication with customers, clients, vendors, insurance representatives, and internal teams
• Manage labor, project expenses, resources, job costs, and profitability
• Lead restoration personnel through training, coaching, performance management, and support with recruiting
• Oversee quality and safe work practices across jobsites, addressing concerns and reinforcing established procedures
