Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction project management experience preferred (residential, remodeling, or restoration).
• Prior insurance restoration or disaster recovery experience strongly preferred.
• Positive, self-starting mindset; thrives in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of restoration projects from scope to completion.
• Manage day-to-day homeowner and insurance adjuster interactions.
• Develop, manage, and improve operational procedures for efficiency.
