EMERG+NC Property Rescuers ® is seeking a Project Manager to lead disaster restoration projects, including mitigation and reconstruction for commercial and residential properties damaged by fire, wind, water, and mold.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years of project management experience with strong estimating skills, construction knowledge, and exceptional customer service. The role offers base salary plus a lucrative bonus program and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

2–5+ years project management experience required.
Experience estimating and managing commercial/residential insurance loss projects preferred.
IICRC certification preferred (water, mold, fire) and construction background.
Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, build, and maintain relationships with customers, property managers, adjusters, and contractors.
Serve as primary liaison between customer, internal resources, and insurance carrier.
Manage all projects from start to finish within scope and budget.
Maintain budget and timeline; pursue options to ensure timely completion.
Participate in on-call rotation and fielding of emergencies.
Assess and write estimates for water/fire losses using Xactimate.
Lead teams to deliver superior customer service and resolve conflicts.
Coordinate daily scope and delegate tasks to technicians; report progress.
Ensure safety and compliance in all field activities.
