Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC in College Park is seeking a Project Manager for Restoration Services. The role is hybrid (2-3 days in office) and leads design-build and bid-build efforts from $20k to $5M, with potential up to $10M concurrently.

The candidate should have 10+ years of related experience, a BS in engineering/construction, and Federal renovation expertise. Excellent scheduling, cost control, and coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with Federal renovation and repair-type construction.
• Proven ability to manage design-build and bid-build projects.

Responsabilités

• Schedule, subcontractor management, and client/occupant communication.
• Oversee labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors within time and budget.
• Develop and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and change controls.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Manage procurement, subcontracts, and closeout activities.
