Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC seeks a Project Manager for its Restoration Services. Hybrid role; office in College Park, 2–3 days on-site weekly. Manage design-build and bid-build projects ranging from $20k to $5M, with potential up to $10M simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a related field preferred.
• 5–10 years of Federal renovation and repair-type construction.
• Management of Design Build and Bid Build projects.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of subcontractors, coordination, organization, and supervision of construction activities to ensure on-time delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and upholding high-quality standards and safety regulations.
• Analyze project RFPs and plans, collaborating with executives to define project objectives effectively.
• Efficiently oversee labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors within the allocated time and budget.
• Develop and revise project schedules with stakeholders and team members.
• Manage project from proposal stage through closeout.
