Job summary

1-800 Water Damage of Athens and East Gwinnett is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to guide homeowners through the restoration process, from site inspection to final completion. You will coordinate client communications, develop scopes of work, and help families regain normalcy after property damage.

The role emphasizes organization, multi-site oversight, and collaboration with technicians and insurers. A minimum of three years in restoration or project management and IICRC certifications are

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in property restoration or project management.
• IICRC certifications in WRT, ASD and AMRT are required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and multi-site management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with homeowners and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of restoration projects from the initial site inspection to final completion.
• Develop accurate scopes of work, project plans, and maintain profitable projects.
• Coordinate schedules for technicians and subcontractors to ensure projects stay on track.
• Maintain open lines of communication with property owners, keeping them informed about the progress of their repairs.
• Prepare detailed documentation required by insurance carriers.
• Perform regular site visits to ensure work quality meets our internal standards and industry regulations.
• Manage job documentation, including moisture logs, daily progress notes, and photo records.
• Ensure that all equipment is utilized efficiently and returned to the warehouse in good working order.
