Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in restoration, construction, or related field.
Knowledge of Time & Materials billing, remediation, mitigation, and abatement.
Strong leadership, communication, and client-management skills.
Ability to meet driving requirements and maintain clean history.

Responsibilities

Oversee restoration projects, ensure service delivery and operational efficiency.
Develop scopes of work, estimates, and contracts to start and complete projects.
Coordinate with Regional Marketing Director and Operations Manager to drive growth.
Manage invoicing, change orders, and collections to maintain project profitability.
