Job summary
ServiceMaster DSI in Wichita, KS is seeking a Project Manager- Estimator/ Property Adjuster/Xactimate to oversee residential and commercial loss projects from start to finish. The role combines sales and project management, with on-site inspections, estimating, and coordination with insurance providers.

Qualifications
- Experience in insurance estimating and ability to write scopes in Xactimate.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; able to manage multiple projects.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Provide repair and restoration estimates for project leads.
- Coordinate communication between client and insurance providers.
- Oversee projects with on-site Superintendent to ensure schedule and budget.
- Monitor construction progress and team performance to stay on time and within budget.
- Manage financial aspects of repair and restoration projects.
- Identify potential legal issues and review with Branch Manager and Supervisor.
