ServiceMaster DSI in Wichita, KS seeks a Project Manager- Estimator/Property Adjuster to oversee residential and commercial losses from fire, water, mold, and natural disasters. This role combines estimating in Xactimate with project leadership, client relations, and coordination with a Superintendent.

Qualifications

• Must have insurance estimating experience and be able to write scopes in Xactimate.
• Attention to details.
• Must have good communication and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid Drivers License.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair and restoration estimates for provided project leads.
• Lead communication efforts between customer and insurance providers.
• Monitor/control construction through the on-site Superintendent to ensure on-schedule and within-budget results.
• Evaluate construction progress and team performance for schedule and budget adherence.
• Manage financial aspects of repair and restoration projects.
• Identify potential legal problems and review with Branch Manager and Superintendent.
• Oversee project close-out and represent the company in meetings.
• Provide technical assistance to all project team members.
• Identify new work and inform Sales/Marketing of opportunities with current clients.
