Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in New London, CT seeks a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial losses caused by fire, water, mold and natural disasters. You will develop relationships to build and grow accounts and manage projects with support from a Construction Superintendent.

The base salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, negotiable based on experience, and is eligible for annual bonus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a hybrid work model with on-site inspections and

Qualifications

• Disaster restoration experience (residential & commercial).
• Experience estimating and writing scopes in Xactimate.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license; able to travel as needed.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair and restoration estimates for project leads.
• Lead communication between customer and insurers.
• Monitor/con­trol construction with on-site Superintendent to meet schedule and budget.
• Evaluate progress and team performance to stay on time and within budget.
• Manage financial aspects of repair and restoration projects.
• Identify legal issues for projects and review with Branch Manager.
• Oversee project close-out and represent the company in project meetings.
• Provide technical assistance to project team and stakeholders.
• Identify new work opportunities and inform Sales/Marketing of potential projects.
• Lead internal teams focused on continuous improvement and growth of client relations.
