• Restoration field experience is a must.
• Proven project management and scheduling skills.
• Strong budgeting and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience working with insurance companies is highly preferred.
• Great communication skills within and outside the organization.
• Ability to adapt and be a strategic thinker.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of customer service and communication with clients.
• Manage project scheduling, budgeting, and cost estimation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers.
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters to assess claims.
• Source materials cost-effectively while ensuring quality.
• Attend weekly WIP meetings and maintain full job knowledge.
