Job summary

CAMP Facility Services, LLC, based in Aurora, Colorado, seeks a hands-on Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily construction and building maintenance projects. You will develop budgets, schedules, and safety plans while coordinating with subs and internal teams.

The role requires a strong service mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to drive project success from planning through closeout. On-site responsibilities and collaboration with property managers are essential.

Qualifications

• Construction experience required; multi-family experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with NAV, ProCore, or Sage preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Customer service skills with subcontractors.
• High integrity; decisive and resourceful.

Responsibilities

• Manage all projects effectively to target performance.
• Prepare construction budgets, schedules, safety and quality controls.
• Determine material, subcontractor, and labor requirements.
• Supervise, train and hold accountable direct reports.
• Conduct regular safety and quality inspections.
• Assist superintendents with complex construction and code problems and subcontractor relations issues.
• Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed including jobsite safety program.
• Investigate and resolve client inquiries and complaints.
• Advise General Manager of problems with staff and projects.
• Create increased profitability through cost-saving measures.
• Participate in the emergency on-call rotation and manage the BUCU process and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
