Job summary

Accentuin, LLC. is seeking a Structure Project Manager in Tullahoma, TN to lead restoration projects from file review to final payment.

You will plan the job, build the budget, assemble trades, and own the profit and loss for each project while serving as the primary contact for homeowners, adjusters, insurers, and vendors. Responsibilities cover pre-construction budgeting, approvals, on-site management, cost control, and close-out activities.

Qualifications

• Must have project management experience.
• Construction experience required.
• Strong skills in communication, organization, time management, cost management, and conflict resolution.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to enter confined spaces, climb roofs, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Clean, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Pre-construction: Review file with Estimator, budget promptly, order materials, schedule trades, and line up subcontractors.
• Approval and handoff: Submit production approval form to COO, then review and hand over to Superintendent.
• During the project: Manage Estimator, Superintendent, Team Coordinator; keep jobsites safe and compliant with OSHA and policy; manage multiple projects.
• Financials: Own profit and loss, control costs, hit target margins.
• Close-out: Work with Team Coordinator to collect all money owed.
• Relationships: Build lasting relationships with homeowners, adjusters, insurance agents, subcontractors, vendors, and your team.
